As you can tell, I have been spending a lot of time working on the blog. That involved me sitting in front of the computer, but not only that. This past couple of days have been a technology nightmare! My iPhone was jacking up. I had to restore it. My MacBook has like 2gb left on the hard drive and is running slow as (insert whatever is slow to you here). Then to top that off, my “blazing” 6mbps DSL is currently running at 880 kbps.

For a tech geek, how could it get any worse? Oh it can. When your wife comes up to you and says, “Can we please go on a date night tonight? I feel so disconnected.” Ouch, it just got worse! I get to working on my blog and sending tweets (follow me on Twitter here. Shameless, I know, but it’s my blog!) and I miss quality time with my wife. At that moment, I was reminded of these words of wisdom from Kip Dynamite.

Sure the World Wide Web is great
But you, you make me salivate
Yes I love technology
But not as much as you, you see
But I still love technology
Always and Forever

Technology is great, important, effective, and fun. In fact, I was just thinking the other day how Twitter and blogs have allowed me to learn and even meet people that I would have never been able to meet or learn from. However, like anything imbalanced, it can be dangerous.

So, I have been hanging out with my wife. It’s been awesome, and Kip’s words of wisdom have reminded of the dream I am living by having such an amazing wife.

What can you learn from Kip and LaFawnduh?
