I am in one of my classes and we are watching a movie about the overwhelming amount of consumer debt in America. I remember teaching a message one time on debt and there were a few statistics that were mind-boggling:

Student loan debt at graduation: $19,400.
Household consumer debt $38,000.
Consumer debt for 28 year olds $66,000.
Credit card balance per home: $8,580.

Any stories or thoughts (personal or general)?
