I have this urgency burning inside of me. I have really been praying to find out what it is. I really have to be careful when I get urgency b/c my personality tends to go all over the place sometimes.

I have this urgency to reach my generation and the thought of playing games and politics in the church is frustrating me. I realized it is because I only have 15 years tops to reach my generation. The Busters are ages 24-45. I am 26 and by the time I am 40, my role will change to father the next generation coming up instead of being the generation coming up. I have a window of about 15 years to really reach my generation before they are set in their ways and the focus shifts to up and coming generations.

The Millennial generation (the generation 23 and below) is in even worst shape than my generation as far as their relationship with the church and God. Only 4% are Christians.

If you are coming in to this blog, it could sound like a church-bashing. Please read The Church (Part 1). I really believe the church is the hope of the world, that is why I want us to effectively reach all ages.
