I just finished up week #2 of the new job. It’s taken a couple of weeks to learn the ropes and define what my job really is. It has been an organic process, but we have nailed a few things down. I will say that I absolutely love it!!! It is definitely stretching. I am really having to maximize my time and organizational skills. I have acquired a few new toys. I got a new Samsung Blackjack and a new black Apple macbook. I call them toys, but they are really helping me keep up with my responsibilities. I’m on the run alot and it is helping me stay connected and streamlined.

I know God has even bigger things in store, but I am so humbled to even be where I am at now. This is an amazing opportunity that only God can bring about.

It has caused me to reflect on my journey along the way. I am so thankful for the people who believed in me and had grace with me because they saw something in me that I didn’t even know existed. I, in no way have arrived, but I am at a point where I am seeing younger guys that remind me of me. I can’t help but show the grace to those guys that so many people along the way showed to me.
