Man oh man, have I been learning the last couple of days.

I recently subscribed to the Catalyst Podcast in iTunes. What an amazing resource!!! It is actually a leadership “filter” created by John Maxwell for the next generation (40 and under) leader. Amazing, challenging stuff. There is a ton of insight on leadership, but mainly insight on the direction of the church. Check out Catalyst.
